hello there ladies its been a while..some of you might still be busy attending bazaars =D.anyway i received my kirkland brush set last night and washed them as soon as my son ripped the plastic covering...they have this plastic man made shoe box smell haha, glad that they dried up so fast,i was able to use them when i woke up this morning...but be sure to wash the brush case that came with the set, cause it smells weird too, when you washed the brushes the smell will definitely disappear but once you put them inside the unwashed brush case, the weirdo smell will cling on the brush, effort wasted hehe.

i saw that they're selling this during holiday seasons only.Im glad that Bony(wehaveit43) thought of selling this set. She's really nice and lots of people including me are very satisfied with her items and the way she handles transactions. THANK YOU THANK YOU!!

nice box..very sturdy you can use the box as your brush storage too.

opened..nice noh?

the full size brushes..they're not that big,but not too small either,it may look bulky and heavy but its actually lightweight in a good not cheap way kind.

these are the whole brush set(w/o the curler)..the travel brushes are sooo cute..i especially like the liner brush included in this travel set,i can move my hands freely since the handle is short enough not to poke or nudge my nose or cheek..the brush case is nice, though it doesnt have that expensive linings when you touch it,classy enough to hold the brushes,i think you can still fit at least 2-3 makeups inside with the brushes in place.

the brushes are soft,no doubt about that,I've never seen a stiff or scratchy brush made out of synthetic hair so that's no surprise. They are almost as dense as my everydayminerals brushes.the foundation brush is stiff enough to apply liquid foundies, the powder brush is just the right size and very well packed for your finishing powders.

the flat top brush maybe too small for others, but its just the right size for my cheeks..

eye brushes are all synthetic too,how i wish they've made at least 2 natural bristles of these, nonetheless all of them are very useful even the travel size eye brushes!..its good in picking up eyeshadow pigments, although we all know that natural bristles is still your best bet when it comes to picking eye pigments.

I've put them into test..and they were really amazing..here's some pics of the eye look that I've made..using all of the brushes in the set(eye brush)

maybelline pencil eyeshadow as a base(forgot the shade, but its a frosted white)

used the spoolie and the eyebrow thingie too for my brows..hehe

smudged out the eyeliner from bareminerals shadowliner in bonbon...

so that's it ladies...grab your set now!!if you have the means to get this set..GET IT!..especially for those people who are just starting to build up your vanity, quality wise,i think it'll last you a long time,i can feel that this brush set is sturdy enough.

UPDATE:my son pulled the bristles but it didnt shed!!!even when i washed them i never saw them shed nor bleed.yey for that.(dec-07-09)
